The Duck Shack Cafe - refurbed and open for business!

Carrying on the theme of the Malted Duck Bar, we are blessed to have Penny Cornell take on the responsibility of freshly painting and adding new equipment to the village hall kitchen to give it a cleaner, crisper feel and with all mod cons for large or small functions!

We have a new commercial fridge for use for large events as well as the small one for everyday use.

We have two warming cupboards to keep plates and food hot and a small freezer for ice lollies!

Penny has added a large shelving unit to store the crockery and cutlery (we only store 15 sets of each - the excess are stored in the undercroft) and we have bought some new kettles. The microwave is also moved to this location.

We hope you notice the difference and appreciate the hard work to make this beautiful village hall, an even better facility! Thank you Penny!
