What an incredibly funny, acted and well written show by The Sutton Theatre Company with their own interpretation of Mamma Mia! This time, eight potential dads to be discovered through the clever, humorous and fantastic play on words with the fabulous songs - with a twist - to sing along to!
Such a colourful, fun show with a strong cast and characters who all shone through their chosen personalties on the night!
Marriages, portaloos, camp, James Bond, drunks, a priest, pig farmer, a clever 'dick', DJ, naughty nannas, Ab Fab, hippies, a spanish 'husband', etc, etc. are all there strutting their stuff in a masterly fashion. These 'amateur' shows get better and better; the STC are really of a professional standard!
All credit to Abbey and James for the clever writing linking so many well known songs to join in with. Thank you all for entertaining us!
